Outstanding experience at this gem! Chad and the guys were nothing short of amazing. Walking in as a woman into an automotive shop has left me with a variety of experiences over time. This one was by far my favorite.
They provided excellent service, were efficient, very reasonably priced and treated me with respect and kindness, explaining everything.
…And the showroom was an added bonus!
If there was such a thing as 10 ⭐️, they would get it!

SAVE YOUR TIME & EFFORT & ORDER FROM EURO COMPULSION!!!

I placed a order on Nov 12th, the order shipped 7 days after I ordered it. Which I found very odd.

The order then took 6 days to reach Jamaica New York distribution centre on Nov 28th where it has not moved since. I am from Toronto.

It's is now Dec 6th. I spoke with Eric from the Texas location & he told me it's safe to say it's lost. I waited patiently for a call back. Which never happened. I called agian this morning but was informed thay there was no one available to talk because they were in a meeting. I still have not recieved a call back since..

With that being said, this whole process has been VERY frustrating for me. I've ordered many parts from other competitors and had ZERO issues. I read your Google reviews, there were many customers that were unhappy, I was already on the fence if I should give it a chance. I put that aside & moved forward, Here I am dealing with the same problems they had leaving.

I HOPE this review helps potential customers from going thru the same problems I am.

It's has now been 12 hours since my last email to Madness Autoworks with NO email back. I recieved a call today, the lady informed me that the reason they took 7 days to ship my order (ordered on Nov 12 - Shipped on Nov 19th) was because they did not have bolts in stock.

If you don't have bolts in stock for a product you are selling, it should not be listed on your website as AVAILABLE.

I got a reply on my Google review from you guys. It said, Quote " We explained that a part of your order required specialty hardware, causing a slight delay. We communicated this to you as soon as we were aware"

You guys communicated this to me today(DEC 6) for the FIRST TIME. No emails, no calls, no follow ups, but quick to charge my Visa.

Also, no one offered to send me a replacement Via FedEx. Matter of fact, I would've just re sent the product & sent me a Tracking number in hopes it would make this HORRIBLE experience better.

Directed to their website to buy a rear seat delete kit for a new BRZ. Doesn’t fit even though it didn’t say it was for a specific model of BRZ. They are a Drop shipment company, which means they get money every time you purchase another companies part, then that company sends it directly to you. So now you will get to deal with two different companies in order to do a return. Pay for the return and then hope they give you a refund even though they will charge you 20% restocking fee. Keep in mind, this could all be prevented by having a website in line with their products. Normal websites will make you verify your car before it lets you purchase. Not worth the hassle of sending it back at this point and hoping for a refund and then hoping they send you the right part and getting to pay for shipping again. Reply to Owner - You do have control over your google link. Google searches pages and looks at metadata as well, which you could add to the page to help address what fits a particular car. Secondly, you could change your website to make sure someone verifies the car before it allows them to order. Your site allows someone to choose their car but it doesn’t initially take a person to that when they are ordering. It takes them directly to the part and allows them to order.

Ordering was easy but had to call for the 5% vet discount. When they are producing and shipping the parts, I’d give them 5 stars but anything they sell as a pass through reseller not so much. No updates or incorrect updates. A month and one items still not shipped the other finally getting shipped today. ? Updated after several contacts attempts went unanswered and after several days they finally shipped my last item. Turns out it was shipped by them and not drop shipped.

I have bought multiple Alfa Romeo Giulia parts from these guys including a Madness Lusso exhaust and a rear lip spoiler. I recently contacted them again for my lip spoiler because the finish was going bad. Chad went above and beyond to help me out and now I am awaiting to get a brand new one from them. I have always had a great experience working with these guys and I will keep coming back to them for all my Giulia needs. They know how to keep their customers happy! Chad is an asset to the Madness team.

Chad and the team at Madness Autoworks were extremely communicative and helpful sorting out a MK6 VW R I recently purchased. They were able to look the car over for modifications and even did some custom fab work to install an exhaust that I sourced. Everyone there is an car enthusiast and it shows in their expertise.
