Hey everyone. I just wanted to highlight the Modern Performance customer service.

A while back, I bought an underdrive pulley for my Fiat, which didn't fit properly.

Although it had been a long while since I purchased the product, a quick email to their customer service team got this on track to be straightened out.

Mind you, most speed shops would say, "sorry bud, past 60 days" or "no warranty on race parts" or something like that.

These guys are fixing the problem, no questions asked, no accusations, no "sorry it's past the warranty period".

In 2024, its AMAZING that a company stands behind their products to make it RIGHT for the CUSTOMER.

WE NEED TO SUPPORT BUSINESSES LIKE THIS.

UPDATED!!!

Purchased a SRT-4 clutch pivot ball from them. This specific one is the Chromoly "upgrade". I am having issues getting it to fully seat in the press in pocket. I called Modern Performance to ask for some support. Their reply was "We don't install those, we only install the OEM clutch fork pivots. Sorry, I can't help you with that." "You could try asking on a forum."

Haha laughable customer support. Thanks guys!!!

From the start of my Modifications and still going these guys are awesome . The parts are shipped out and received just as desired and I’ve never had a customer service rep be so informative and polite. The fact of not not being rushed on the phone like 90% of most places do is a great thing .
Put it this way , if I found the same part at another place and the price was 3x cheaper I would still order it from Modern Performance . Now that my friends says a lot . I’d recommend this place 100%

I have purchased many parts for my Dodge Dart. Strut Bar, AEM Gauge, A Pillar Gauge Mount, Header, Dual Exhaust... all parts arrived as expected, A+ on packaging and protection. My exhaust came in 2 orders as the rear sections were on backorder. I did have to wait, but it was worth it. So far I have not received a sub par quality part. I plan to continue to use them as a part supplier and will recommend them to others.

A bit expensive on the exhaust, but I feel the quality matches.

My exhaust installer said they never heard of the MPX brand, but they were thoroughly impressed by quality and ease of installation!

I do wish I could have received brand decals with the parts. Especially if I could request a certain color.

Hey everyone.
I just want to share my experience I had with modern performance.

I ordered quite a bit from them. Turbo kit, injectors, fuel pump, badges, etc etc. the same day I sent my friend a pic of what I bought and he literally bought pretty much the same thing a month ago with bigger turbo and to help him out I wanted to buy it from him because it would help him out and myself as well.

Anyways I went to email mpx about asking for certain items refunded. I told them the situation on a Sunday, (I don’t even think they were open) and someone got back to me within the hour.
They asked why I wanted to return the things and I explained and they immediately replied saying they would refund my purchases and ship the ones I didn’t cancel. All outside business hours. This to me shows great customer service skill set and just all around solid energy. I know who I’ll

This place is exactly what I've been looking for. They're the only guys out there making stuff for the Dart. Started with the hood lift kit; was incredibly easy to install and took about 5 minutes.
