These guys are the best when it comes to customer service and online ordering my 2” headers came in packaged right with all the necessary clamps and bolts it needed. I also ordered my o2 sensor extensions & a K&N cold air intake. I really appreciate these guys. They answered all my phone calls & emails even after the hurricane they made an effort to answer calls and emails. Forever grateful for these guys

Horrible customer service. Placed an order on 12/5/24 and emailed on 12/9/24 as the order has never been touched and I was curious as to why, as the hardware is need is pressing. I’ve messaged them twice with no response.

They state (below) that they responded to my emails, but as anyone can see, I can prove they did not. They only commented after I left a review, which is convenient, because I got info not even 5 minutes after posting this review. Interesting.

I understand tracking doesn’t update as fast, but again, communication is key. I won’t do business again, especially after the rude response.

A simple “hey, we got your email, tracking was delayed a bit, but it’s on the way, you’ll have it this day” was all I was seeking, not a smarta$$ response. Can’t understand running a business that way..I’ve bought A LOT of car parts and this is by far my worst experience with customer service.

My advice is to shop elsewhere.

I wish I could give more stars but it limited me to only 5. The communication and customer service were absolutely amazing. I can promise you that you now have a lifetime customer. Giani worked with me every step of the way to ensure that I got exactly what I needed and gave me great alternatives to stuff that might be out of stock. I can’t wait for my new wheels to arrive! Beware that if you are wanting to return an item that you will have to contact multiple times for support. Once finally connected with someone you will be notified that if you would like you item returned it will be your responsibility to pay for it to be sent back (understandable) but you will then be charged a 20-35% restocking fee which is outrageous. No other company that sells parts is that ridiculous.

Please Please Please read and make sure the part you’re ordering is the right one. DO NOT GO OFF PICTURES. I’ve recently purchased an air intake which was wrong and I’ll take the blame for that. Once you receive and open your parts you will not be given a refund then I hate that there is no phone support. That’s the reason for the 3 stars. Other than that my parts came on time and everything was there. They reply somewhat fast if you email them, but other than that everything should go smoothly..

Currently arguing through email to send back a set of second gen Camaro headers that don't even come close to fitting. They told me I need to put my transmission bracket in first. If they had any sense and listened to me. The only reason the engine and transmission brackets had been removed were in order to adjust the height and levels to accommodate for the headers. They sit at 2 different heights with about a 2-3" clearance difference. One hits the floor pan while the other will drag on the street. Unless I want my engine and trans turned side ways at about 30 degrees these will not fit. They treat you like your an idiot rather than just return the Chinese junk their selling. Ended up spending the money with ultimate headers who guarantees fitment and are very personable.
