This establishment was recommended to me by a friend as he had previously used their services. Initially, everything seemed fine... the estimate was prepared, a drop off date and time was established... The problems began after the work began. The vehicle is a 2016 Ford F350 Dually. The repair was due to a rearend collision and subsequent damage to the front bumper. The repair was a remove, replace the front and rear bumper, replace truck bed and repair a small dent to the cab where the bed collided with it. I was told two weeks, not bad. Skip forward... I'm told the truck can be picked up but the tail gate has not arrived. I go on Friday, three weeks later to inspect and the front bumper hasn't been replaced yet. I'm told, come back on Monday. I returned Tuesday and see that the new truck bed incurred some damage while at the shop and instead of repairing the damage, they did the paint prep work over the damage, painted over the damage, buffed over the damage and attempted to pass it off to me. This was pointed out to their service appraiser, who apologized. Told me to bring it back later. The shop also was remiss in putting parts back on the truck. They claimed a bed bolt couldn't be inserted because the bed had a welded insert in it. That "welded" insert was a nut lying inverted in the bed bolt position. I removed it with my index finger.
I've given time to pass before writing this review. That time hasn't put me in a position to recommend this establishment. My friend is beside himself for recommending the place. It isn't his fault, nor do I believe its the fault of the service appraiser. Whoever the shop foreman or their Quality Assurance representative is, should be fired. Complete incompetence! They neither care about the customers cars or the level of professionalism that is required to run a business. I never spoke to the owner... probably should have.
My recommendation is to find another body shop.

These guys made me hate my car. The passenger side door and rear quarter panel were damaged in an accident. They had to redo the paint, which still faded to another color within a year. They didn't cover the car while painting so I had to scrub off the over-spray. The support beam in the door had been bent, so they cut it out and didn't replace the beam prior to installing the outer skin. The outer skin was thinner than the factory parts. Take your car to someone else, because these guys do not care about quality.

Side note. This happened back in 2007, so hopefully they have a new management.

The staff was professional and friendly. The waiting area was clean and inviting. My estimate took approximately 20 minutes to complete. The repair on my vehicle took 1 week to complete and was accomplished satisfactory. However, my experience after picking up my vehicle was disappointing to say the least. My remote control for my gated community was missing (I can't say stolen, as that would be accusatory). I addressed the missing remote with Josh prior to leaving the lot, but was instantly handed the liability waiver letter signed stating it was my responsibility to remove all items from the vehicle prior to having the vehicle repaired. I won't make any accusations or possible scenarios of what may have occurred (as I did sign that waiver). However, I am concerned with the trustworthiness/integrity of those working on my car. The kicker here is that I was asked to complete an in-house survey prior to taking back ownership of my vehicle...I'm half tempted to walk back in and ask for the survey back to make some noticeable revisions.

Tucker's did a fantastic job of repairing the damage to my Mazda! Josh was very reassuring and professional. The repairs, paint job and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I will recommend others to your facility. Keep up the good work and thank you!

Great body shop, I work at a local auto repair shop and have been sending customers to these guys for the last 2 years. I have not heard a bad word about them. They are fair with their prices and more importantly they do great work. I sent a customer to them last week when his hood would not open and they got it open for him so he could get his vehicle smog'ed and they didn't even charge him..

This company did an excellent job on my minivan. I had someone hit my van and fled. I was left with a pretty bad dent. Looked them up on Google and went in for an estimate.
Larry made the process smooth and painless. It took only 5 days and the job was done! Krystal over the phone was very kind and extremely patient as well.
When I picked the van up they even detailed it witch made me very happy, having to run my kids around everyday I dont always get to do a good cleaning and these guys did that when they did not have to.
That is customer service you are hard pressed to find anymore. I hope I dont have to come back for any reason, but if I do I will choose them time and time again!!!

The staff at Tucker's are knowledgable, communicative and efficient. My car was finished on schedule and done right. The paint was perfectly matched with no dirt, fisheyes or runs, and the body lines are all straight - no mismatched gaps. Could not be happier I had my car serviced here, they take pride in their work and value their customers and it really shows.

My boyfriend used this body shop he was very happy with the work BUT WHAT REALLY STOOD OUT was the staff! They had a great environment with the sweetest front desk girl by the name of Rae I believe it was❤️ She was honest sweet and informative it the fullest extent. Will definitely be back!
