Danny is very accommodating i told him my request about the car and he informed me about what needs to be done and also the quotation for the services.
He even called me that the car is ready for pick up.
Dylan (tech) is also nice and accommodating he even told me the next service is not a rush I can still save money for it.
All in all the service is good

2 hours for a tire change while I was the only customer. Just wait, it only gets better from here. They overcharged by well over $100 on TOP of the $48 they stole for valve stems they never installed. They then continued to gaslight me, even showing me the one they installed, not understanding it takes only a few seconds to look up the part number (TR413 feel free to look it up.) These stems supposedly installed are aluminum btw and the one installed were the normal brass. They told me they had to step on the gas excessively to get my car to start because the fuel pump is failing. My car is fuel injected, the gas pedal doesn't control the fuel pump it controls the air intake. Also, my car has a full coverage warranty and my dealership is always eager to see what they can find and it's only been a few weeks since the last FULL detailed look over. Lol and behold, halfway home after leaving, my engine light comes on. They also broke two of my wheel coverings. Danial claimed to be the store manager and proceeded to hand me the real managers business card trying to pass it off as his own. He then stated he meant to say assistant manager and when I asked for his card he told me he's been waiting for them since he started (5 months ago? Lol) He then fumbled over texts messages and phone calls because he didn't know how to do refunds (he initially said it's because they don't do refunds, then he's never seen one done, and finally admitted he doesn't know how to use the computers. Bro you work front end, your entire job is the computer (those $100+ charges were due to him entering the wrong information and charged incorrectly on seve tems. Then come to find out no, lol, he doesn't have access to the part of the system that allows refunds. Interesting how an assistant manager doesn't have access to this.
What kind of management leaves an untrained gaslighting employee and a mechanic that thinks hitting the gas will help start a fuel injected engine run the store?
Avoid at ALL costs.

Update 6/28/2024: Still no contact from customer care about this situation. The manager has hung up multiple times and has cursed me out. Refuses to speak to me since I'm supposedly going to be getting a call from corporate. This whole company is a joke.

Vincent and Danial were absolutely amazing and very transparent with the services I needed (brakes & oil change), there was nothing hidden. I couldn’t be happier with how my vehicle drives now as well as pricing. I went in expecting a full front and back brake change but they let me know I only needed by back ones done, which was relieving. I would trust them anytime I brought my car in and would recommend anyone to go there. I will be bringing my car back here again!

Danny & Dylan were instrumental in not just the fix of my day but also then outcome of my week. They went out of their way to work with my week’s schedule & make sure I had my car ready when I needed it. They didn’t have to but they did. It was a Sunday, I needed tires and a battery. I was leaving town the next day so I couldn't wait until Monday for my regular place to open. Took it down to pep boys and received great treatment. They did excellent work and they did it fast. The gentleman at the counter was very polite and professional.

Took my car here for a much needed oil change. The staff was friendly. When I first walked in I was welcomed by Stephaine and she was training a lady name karena. (Karena If you are reading this YOU WILL DO GREAT DONT WORRY LOL). For some reason my phone wasn’t getting any service here so I couldn’t pull up any of my information because I went through this 3rd party company called CarAdvise. Stephaine was so patient with me while it took my phone forever to finally load up my information. She went through a few rabbit holes just to help me find my information. I definitely love her customer service. The man who did my oil change for me was named mason
He was friendly. He let me watch him do the whole thing and he even answered all my questions that I had(and I had a lot of them as always lol). He was very helpful and friendly. This location was amazing. They had last minute appointments and also they had walk in availability. I will return to this location.

I had to have major work done on my car this weekend (replace shredded tire, rear shock absorbers, all 3 engine mounts) and upon discovering a knocking sound near the engine also had to replace the front axles, control arms, and even the front shock absorbers.

Danny was incredibly courteous and professional in being able to accommodate my emergency situation on short notice and Noelle (with 40 years of expertise) was great in diagnosing and fixing all of the problems.

I am very happy with my Pep Boys experience and highly recommend that anyone with car problems contact Danny at this particular location.

I came in for an oil pan gasket change. I was quoted an hour. I brought my van in around 10am I told them I needed to be able to pick up my kids from school and was reassured it would be done by 2 pm I'm still waiting at 3 pm for my van. I'm so frustrated I will never be coming back to this location.
