Audi Lubbock was first class. Our Salesperson Michael Colon Hernandez was very professional, courteous, and respectful. He knew everything about the vehicle we purchased. He answered every question that me and my wife had.
We decided to finance our vehicle thru Audi and the finance manager Fernando Alvarez was very professional as well. He was not pushy, and did not try to sell us anything we didn’t want. Very transparent with everything!
We will definitely buy from Audi Lubbock again!

Our sales consultant Nick was extremely helpful and kind. Nick also delivered our vehicle to us same day so I could sign my share of the paperwork without stressing about leaving work early.
