I finally purchased my Bentley Continental Flying Spur and soon after the purchase, my rear headliner started to sagging. ELM was able to remove the entire headliner and put it back to its original shape. So happy with the outcome. They let me meet the mechanic specialist of 40 years(I think) and he described how it was failing and what he was doing to fix the problem.

They charged me $300 for a simple oil change, and tried to charge me $1300 for replacement of my front brakes even though I was told my brakes were fine during an inspection just two weeks ago. The day after they did my oil change the engine started to misfire. While it could just be a coincidence, the timing is very suspect. Then, I asked if I can bring them my own OEM spark plugs to replace as suggested by the dealership. They insisted that I can't change the spark plugs without also changing the ignition coils, and they can only use parts that they buy themselves. I was quoted $1000 for replacement of the coils and plugs. Needless to say I won't be coming back unless I can prove that their oil change ruined my engine. They seem like nice people but they charge more than the already overpriced dealership.

So i called ELP to have them install front mount intakes for my x3m and let me start by saying i am very glad i did amy and nick are so nice and answer any questions you have! They did a great job installing them and they sound and look amazing i 10/10 will be going back here in the near future thank you ELP crew amazing job

I recently bought a Volkswagen TDI and was looking for a shop to take my car to. My friends sister had dated one of the owners and recommended this place as they worked on European cars.

I called the number for the shop several times with no answer. As well I left them a message through their website trying to contact them about working on my car.

Eventually Amy texted me several days later asking to send her a list of the worked I needed done. That was where the contact ended. She never bothered to get in touch with me again. Even after I called her several more times.

If you have a Ferrari or Porsche and want to take your car in for a tune up and don't mind how long it will take. This is the place for you.

But they are not interested in servicing the "average" European car and made that quite clear with their silence. They would rather work on extremely nice cars at their leisure. Which is fine. But I would have preferred they were more upfront about it.

I know several other people with Mercedes and Alfa Romeos who had similar experience.

This will always be my go to place for my Audi, Nick and Justin are amazing at what they do and Amy is awesome as well. I didn’t know I was going to be the designated driver for vacation this year until a week ago and they went above and beyond to fit me in and make me feel so much better about taking my car.
