I just got a 2025 Honda Civic Sport, very pleased with the purchase. I made Rick and Chris work for me to get the deal on this car a wanted and the hard work was much appreciated. This is my second car purchase from Hill Country Honda and I will go back again when it is time for my wife to get a new car. I got a Civic because of the high quality and its value retention. The upgrades in the new model from my 2015 are amazing and very user friendly. Thanks to Rick and Chris for the work.

Once we had agreed on a deal, we had to wait around for over an hour to finalize the transaction with the Finance manager.
After the salesperson insisted that there would be "No Wartanty" as a used vehicle, fortunately the Finance manager realized that the car had less than 80k miles, so we were entitled to the 3000 mile/60 day "Dealer Warranty"
I think the dealership knew that there had been a front end crash, because they had replaced the front bumper and the Windshield. ...but they did not initially disclose that.
Upon leaving the dealership, the damaged 3-foot trim cowl around the left front tire blew off on the freeway. We'll see if the associated Lithia dealer in Clear Lake will make it good.

I took my car in for service, which included an oil change. For the first time, I was offered 3 different types of packages. I asked which tier was usually given for typical oil changes in the past, and couldn’t get a straight answer. So, the basic package was recommended. Once my car was ready, I didn’t receive a phone call. I got a ride back to the dealership, hoping that my car would be ready. It was. After leaving, I later noticed that the report noted my brake fluid was urgently needed, but it was never recommended when I picked my car up. It seems like over the past year or two the dealership has been lacking prompt and reliable service. I’ll think twice about taking my car in, going forward.
