Takes a ridiculous amount of time to get an oil change. You are better off going to Jiffy Lube or leaving your car at Pep boys. Don’t do it. The free car wash is not worth the amount of time you have to wait for them to even start on your car.

What originally started off as a pleasant experience concluded to be terrible. I was referred by my friend to this place for an oil change I was trying a new place( jiffy live is too high). I let the gentleman know that jiffy lube puts high mileage oil in my car and I would like the same. I came back and got my car later that day and I noticed it was still running like the oil was low. From there, I realized that the wrong oil was put in my car (my dad read my receipt and went over it with me)not even 24 hours later. I am a woman and I know nothing about cars so I would have never suggested a different oil. I called the place back and the gentleman was super defensive stating that I told him to put the “cheaper” oil in there. I don’t care about cost as I know my car needs high mileage oil in order to perform properly. I asked if I could come back and receive the right oil in my car and pay the difference. He said no I would need to pay full price for the high mileage oil. Very disappointing. I was going to make this my new normal place, as I work right around the corner. However, I won’t be back here and I don’t suggest this place to anyone.

I would give this business zero stars if I could. An absolutely terrible experience on my part, going to this place. All I needed was a standard oil change. Found this place online, and saw that they gave free car washes with oil changes, and I thought this was a pretty good deal. I had no idea the trouble I was about to get into. I had an appointment for 11AM, which I showed up to 10 minutes early. They did not start working on my car until almost noon. They told me it would be only 30 to 45 minutes. By 2PM I had still not received my car. I spoke with the man at the front desk who informed me that I needed to air and cabin filter replacements. Mind you, I had both of these filters replaced just a couple of months prior to this appointment, which I mentioned to the man. However, he insisted that my filters were "in a very bad shape" and that he strongly recommended getting them replaced. He said they would only be around $10 each. When I finally did get my car back it was approaching 2:30PM. I had been watching staff members "drying" my car after the wash for almost 20 minutes. It was when I sat inside my car that I noticed the biggest issue. The passenger side front window (which is electric) of my car was down, and when I tried to close it, nothing happened! I had zero issues with my car windows opening and closing before my appointment at this place. I quickly got out of my car to go find the manager to tell him about this issue. He was a very gruff individual that outright denied having anything to do with my car's window malfunction. I explained to him that my window was literally working just fine that morning as I was driving to his business. After threatening him with legal persecution, his tone quickly changed and suddenly he was making multiple phone calls to "friends" that could help fix my car. Eventually, he did get through to one of his contacts, and told me that I had to go to a window repair business in a completely different city! (Pomona). I forgot to mention that they also charged me $40 each for both the cabin and air filters. In total, I spent over $130 and hours of my life wasted dealing with these shady crooks, all for an oil change. I left with a broken window. Definitely do not recommend this business to anyone! Stay away from this place!!

I absolutely love this place, they are beyond friendly and super knowledgeable. I have been coming here for years. My brother was actually the one who recommended this place to me, and have been coming since. George, Arturo, and Carlos are super awesome and have the best customer service. Prices are also very reasonable, and you get a free car wash!

They tried charging 49.99 for an oil change which I wouldn’t mind if I was using there oil and filter, I took my own oil and filter and they were still going to charge me the same 49.99 it doesn’t make sense. If it’s just the labor should be cheaper.
Been here before and they have done it like that , today the guy in the front said that changed and was charging full price. Super disappointed this is the first spot I’ve gone to that does this. lost a regular customer.

Love this spot and everyone that works at this location. I’ve been getting my oil changes, tire rotation, air filters replacement, and car washes...and they never disappoint. I trust and appreciate everyone here. Highly recommend it, but you should expect to be there about an hour and a half, so if you got plans after, arrive early.
