I'm so glad I met Jason at the Corvette Invasion in Bastrop a few weeks ago. I was having a problem with my vertical doors on my C8 not closing properly. I was checking out his beautiful C8 and I asked him about his doors. He has the exact door kit like mine. He took the time to introduce him self and took a look at my doors. He told me how to adjust them. He also sent some texts with pictures which I thought was very helpful. I also have another issue with my check engine light always on because of my aftermarket exhaust. He also texted me some pictures and told me how to fix this problem. The last mechanic to work on my car could not fix both problems. Jason gave me a number of a shop here in Austin that could take care of both issues. Unfortunately Phastek Performance is located in the Houston area, so I dropped off the car today and the doors are lined up and the exhaust problem will be fixed as well. I'm so thankful that I met Jason that day and I think he went above and beyond with his expertise in helping a total stranger with a C8. It's true about Corvette owners being part of a FAMILY. I highly recommend Phastek for your C8 upgrades and maintenance issues.

I have purchased a majority of my Camaros mods over the years from Phastek and have always been pleased with their service and shipping. Even when I called in for a few questions on a tune and long tubes I purchased the gentleman that helped wasn’t rushed and was very knowledgeable. Reminds me, I need to buy the oil catch can that’s in my shopping cart!

Best customer service I have ever experienced! After my last purchase, I was contacted by Phastek and I told them how great they were, and they hooked me up with a perfect color matching windshield banner for my Camaro SS. Then, I woke up today and had an email for 5% off my next purchase! I hopped on their website and ordered a bow tie delete for my front grill, and within 2 hours I got a confirmation email saying my order has shipped!! Im so stoked on their speedy service and excellent customer service, again I am one happy customer, and will be returning for future performance and styling mods, thanks again guys, I truly appreciate all that you do!

Major kudos to Sean and Jason. These 2 were great to deal with. Although we had some hiccups that were not their fault, delays by the manufacturer they were always open to communication and shared in my frustrations. They were always understanding when I was frustrated and venting knowing that it wasn't them I was frustrated with. Phastek did a great job and if I were in the market for something they provide I wouldn't hesitate to return to their shop for more.

Phastek is an outstanding shop! I've bought a ton of parts from them for my 2018 Camaro ZL1 and have never once been disappointed. What really sets them apart from other online parts stores is their customer service. They, like most online stores, work with manufacturers to "drop ship," meaning you place the order with Phastek but it is fulfilled by the manufacturer. I had a problem with one such order and the manufacturer wasn't being responsive. It would've been easy for Phastek to stay on the sidelines, but they did the exact opposite. Even though the problem was caused by the manufacturer, Trae from Phastek support jumped in and took ownership of the issue, working with the manufacturer and keeping me informed at every step of the process. This is why I'll be a Phastek customer for life!

I bought the ACS ZL1 Side Rockers for my Fifty Camaro. The parts were shipped on the same day I order them, and arrived in perferct order as they were well packed. I ordered them primer as I wanted to paint them to match the rest of the car. The guy who did the job said the side rockers were of great quality and made his job easier. I am very happy with the perfect fit too.

Ordered a RotoFab intake and a set of ARH 2" catted headers from Phastek, did not see that there was miniscule font that the order would take 4-6 months to complete for the ARH exhaust system. Intake arrived normally.

I contacted Phastek support to potentially swap the ARH system for a Stainless Works system in stock. They confirmed the Stainless Works system was in stock and would transfer my order.

2 days later with no updates, I get an email that the Stainless Works system would arrive in 1 month. I reach back out why will this take a month when we confirmed it was in stock? They sold the system to someone else.

This all happened over the course of a week where they just dragged their feet on this

Immediately cancelled my order and requested a refund. Was charged a 5% fee because exhaust systems are "made to order"

Ordered a Kooks 2" system from RPM which arrived at my door in 2 days no hassles.

Will not be purchasing anything from Phastek again.

You better make sure what you are getting is exactly what you want and know 100% that it fits your vehicle before buying. They make you pay 15-25% for a restocking fee PLUS return shipping and package insurance when submitting a return. Honestly not even sure if it’s worth the money to return it. You buy a $100 item you MIGHT get $50 back… whats the point in returning?
